The apartment is located on the second floor and measures 128 square meters (including a terrace). It comprises an entrance hallway, a double bedroom, a bedroom that can be converted into a double or twin bedroom, two bathrooms, both with showers, a washing machine, and a kitchen area with a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The spacious living room features a second table, sofas, and a television. A large terrace runs around the apartment, facing south and west, with a table, chairs, and loungers. Wi-Fi is available.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN OUR APARTMENTS
Our rates include towels and sheets. In the kitchen, you’ll also find a small kitchen set: dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, and sponges.
CHILDREN
We’re a family-run business, so we love children. If you need a crib or advice on how to spend time with your little ones, don’t hesitate to ask us. Upon request, we provide a crib and high chair for baby meals free of charge. We also have comfortable play areas for children, both summer and winter.
PARKING
Our apartments all have convenient outdoor parking near the house.
Tourist Tax
Sappada requires a tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day, for guests aged 10 and over. The tax is calculated for the first seven days of stay.
MINIMUM STAY
To help you make the most of your time in Sappada and for logistical reasons, we accept a minimum of two nights, subject to availability. During peak season, a minimum stay of seven nights is required. We’re always available to provide further information. We look forward to having you all as our guests!
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in is from 2:30 PM onwards, while check-out is by 9:30 AM. Later check-in times are available depending on the season and bookings. We are flexible to ensure you have the best possible stay.
